API
[[JSON / CORS enabled]]
The directory's company list is published as one static JSON file of 4,392 companies. It is free for personal and non-commercial use with a link back to Computronia.
Endpoint
GET https://computronia.com/api/companies.json
One array of company objects. The file is rebuilt each time the site is published, so fetch it once and cache it rather than calling it repeatedly. Cross-origin requests are allowed, so it works from a browser.
curl -s https://computronia.com/api/companies.json \

Terms of Use
- Free for personal, research and non-commercial use.
- Credit Computronia with a link to computronia.com wherever the data appears.
- Use this file rather than crawling the profile pages. Automated traffic that loads the site harder than a person would is not allowed (see the Terms of Service).
- Commercial use, fuller records and custom exports need a licence.
Commercial Licensing
For commercial use, the full profile fields (headquarters, founding year, parent company, products, programmes, coordinates) or regular exports, get in touch.
